💵 Pay: $20.25 – $23.75 per hour 
📅 Job Type: Full-Time 

Most employees start between $20.25-$22.00/hour.  The higher end of the range, $23.75/hour, is reserved for candidates with exceptional experience or qualifications.

What You’ll Do

  • Observe load hookup and determine the safety of the load.
  • Manipulate or depress crane control buttons, to regulate the speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.
  • Use hoisting attachments such as hook, sling, or bucket as load requires.
  • Cleans and maintains a crane and hoisting mechanism. 
  • Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisors of defects or malfunctions.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
  • Able to read, write, and communicate clearly
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
  • Able to follow instructions and solve routine problems

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Ability to write simple correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
