Position Title:
LIFTRA Crane Operator
Location: Abilene, TX

Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous LIFTRA crane operating experience required.

• Liftra Crane classroom certification and field practical required. (Liftra 1200 certification preferred)

• Wind industry experience (MCE)

• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Liftra crane systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site-specific lift plans.

• Perform pre-operational inspections and ensure equipment is maintained to company standards.

• Work closely with site supervisors, high ground technicians, and rigging teams.

 • Support both day and night shift operations as required.

• Maintain strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with crane mobilization and demobilization as needed.
•Assembly / Disassembly of Liftra crane.

Position Details

• Title: Liftra Crane Operator.

• Department: Field Operations.

• Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager.

• Schedule: 5 and 1 rotation schedule.

• Shift: Day and/or Night shift as project demands require.
Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience

• Overtime: Paid in accordance with company policy.

• Per Diem: Paid in accordance with company policy.

• Travel: Project-based travel required

• Benefits: Eligible per company policy (medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, etc.)
Liftra Crane Operator Details:
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Liftra Crane Operator to support ongoing wind operations. This position plays a critical role in safe and efficient major component exchanges utilizing Liftra systems.
The Liftra Crane Operator is responsible for operating, overseeing personnel and maintaining Liftra crane systems in support of major corrective projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
