If you have experience with bridge cranes or forklifts and are looking for a stable, long-term role where your work truly matters, we want to hear from you.   Responsibilities Follow all company safety policies and immediately report any hazards or deficiencies Attend all mandatory training and safety meetings Maintain cleanliness and organize materials in assigned work areas Operate 3 to 5-ton bridge cranes and 6,000 lb propane sit-down forklifts Conduct daily equipment inspections for forklifts, cranes, and controls Load/unload trucks and stock materials using dual hoist bridge cranes or forklifts Report unusual equipment noises or malfunctions Assist with stock checks and inventory counts as directed Support training efforts for new employees when needed Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors   Qualifications 2+ years of experience in material handling or crane operation Skilled in crane capacity limits, rigging, and safe handling of large and irregular steel materials Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Able to calculate the weight of materials and accurately read tape measures Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally
