KMH Workforce are currently recruiting for Gantry Crane Operators and Carpentry Trade Assistants to join a busy and growing team based in Hope Valley, WA.

These are Monday to Friday positions offering consistent hours, competitive pay rates, and the opportunity to work with a well-established employer.

Available Positions
Gantry Crane Operator
Pay Rate: $40.65 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating gantry cranes safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials throughout the workshop.
• Assisting with production activities as required.
• MUST have current ticket (RIIHAN305D – Operate a Gantry or Overhead Crane)
• White Card - Required

Carpentry Trade Assistant
Pay Rate: $38.10 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting carpenters with fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Operating hand and power tools.
• Measuring, lifting and preparing materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Supporting workshop and production operations.
• White Card - Required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable with a positive work ethic.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
