BaRupOn is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team in Liberty, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating mobile and/or lattice boom cranes on industrial or construction sites and a strong commitment to job-site safety.
Safely operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and site drawings
Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety regulations
Assist with crane setup, breakdown, and securing loads
Report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately
Proven experience operating cranes (mobile, crawler, or lattice boom preferred)
Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent preferred)
Knowledge of rigging practices and load calculations
Ability to work in varying weather and job-site conditions
Strong safety awareness and communication skills
Reliable transportation to Liberty, TX job sites
Preferred Qualifications
NCCCO Certification
Experience on industrial, port, or heavy-lift projects
CDL (Class A or B)
Experience working alongside logistics or breakbulk operations
