Clancy Construction is currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our site team in Cork.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a live construction site, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the successful delivery of projects in line with Clancy’s high standards of quality, safety and professionalism. 

This is a long-term role with an immediate start with excellent conditions, market rates of pay + 2 hours greasing per day.


Location

This is a Site based role in the Cork area.


Reporting to 

The Site Manager.


Qualifications/Experience:

Applicants must possess :

  • Relevant CSCS card for a Tower Crane.  Safe Pass.  Manual Handling.  
  • At least 5+ years’ experience.
  • Ability to operate from the Cab and the ground.
  • Confidence to stop a lift if they deem it unsafe.
  • Good eye sight and spatial awareness.
  • High attention to detail
  • Work well as part of a team with critical emphasis on Health & Safety
  • Exceptional communication skills to allow effective workflows.  A proficiency in English - spoken / written - is required.
  • Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
