Assistant Crane Operator

ROLE SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting the Crane Operator will all crane and deck related
activities.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safe and efficient execution of operations as per procedures.
• Thorough handovers are provided at each daily change of shift.
• Active participation in meeting activities.
• Subordinates are trained to fill higher positions.
• Any other matters as deemed necessary by Company Management.
  Assist with:
  • Deck or rig floor operations as required or directed.
  • Preparation for future drilling operations.
  • Organizing and supervising the deck crews.
  • Maintenance of cranes and other relevant lifting appliances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Preferably a bachelor's degree: Hight school degree or any equivalent.
2. Years of experience: at least 1 year experience in the position preferable in drilling related industry.
   1. Skills/abilities:
      Computer skills.
      Excellent interpersonal skills.
