岗位职责

  • 负责项目中角色、生物、机械及道具等的骨骼搭建(Rigging)、蒙皮(Skinning)和权重绘制,确保形变自然、准确。
  • 具备扎实的模型布线(Topology)知识,能够检查并优化模型拓扑结构,以满足绑定和动画的形变需求;在必要时需承担部分角色或道具的建模与修型工作。
  • 与动画师紧密合作,根据反馈优化控制器(Controllers)和绑定设置,提高动画制作效率;与模型师沟通,制定合理的布线标准。
  • 负责将绑定好的资源导入游戏引擎,并处理相关的物理效果(如布料、毛发骨骼)。
  • Rigging: Responsible for skeleton setup, skinning, and weight painting for characters, creatures, mechanical objects, and props within the project, ensuring natural and accurate deformation.
  • Modeling & Topology: Possess solid knowledge of model topology; capable of checking and optimizing topology to meet rigging and animation requirements. Undertake modeling and reshaping tasks for characters or props when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with animators to optimize controls and rig settings based on feedback to improve animation workflow; communicate with modelers to establish topology standards and principles.
  • Engine Integration: Responsible for importing rigged assets into the game engine and handling related physics effects (e.g., cloth simulation, hair bones/dynamics).

岗位要求

  • 3年以上3D绑定工作经验,有大型游戏或影视项目绑定经验。
  • 精通Maya绑定模块(含表达式、节点等),熟练使用Maya/3ds Max进行模型与布线调整。
  • 深入理解人体/生物解剖学结构与运动规律,对肌肉变形有敏锐观察力。
  • 精通布线(Topology)规则,懂得什么样的模型结构最适合动画形变。
  • 较熟练使用MEL、Python进行绑定工具开发与流程优化。
  • 具备良好逻辑思维能力、解决问题能力,责任心强,善于沟通。
  • 除绑定和模型外,对动画或材质也有一定了解者优先。
  • 能使用英语交流者优先。
  • 1.Experience: 3+ years of 3D rigging experience, with prior experience in AAA game or film/TV projects.
  • 2.Software Skills: Proficient in rigging using Maya (including expressions, nodes, etc.). Skilled in using Maya or 3ds Max for model and topology adjustments.
  • 3. Anatomy Knowledge: Deep understanding of human/creature anatomy and laws of movement, with keen observation of muscle deformation.
  • 4. Topology Expertise: Master topology rules and understand what kind of model structure is best suited for animation deformation.
  • 5. Scripting: Proficiency in MEL and Python for rigging tool development and pipeline optimization.
  • 6. Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; high sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
  • 7. Knowledge of animation or materials/texturing in addition to rigging and modeling is a plus.
  • 8. Ability to communicate in English is preferred
