We are currently seeking an experienced Self-Erect Crane Driver for a long-term construction project based in Westport, Co. Mayo.

Position Details

• Location: Westport
• Duration: 18-month ongoing temporary contract
• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
• Hours: Full-time
• Rate: Competitive rates available (DOE)

Requirements

• Valid Self-Erect Crane Operator certification/ticket
• Relevant site experience operating self-erecting tower cranes
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification preferred
• Ability to work as part of a site team and follow all health & safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Duties

• Safe operation of self-erecting tower crane on a busy construction site
• Lifting and moving materials as directed by site management
• Daily equipment checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining high safety standards at all times
