Due to continued growth across WA's Goldfields region, we are currently seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Riggers (RI–RA) for ongoing shutdowns, maintenance campaigns, and project work across major mining operations.

The Role

Working within experienced rigging and crane crews, you will assist with lifting operations, shutdown maintenance, structural installations, fixed plant works, and major project activities across Goldfields mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging duties in accordance with lift plans and site procedures
• Support crane operators during lifting and maintenance activities
• Conduct inspections and pre-start checks of rigging equipment
• Interpret lift studies and follow supervisory direction
• Maintain compliance with site safety standards and operational requirements
• Work effectively within shutdown and maintenance teams
• Contribute to safe and efficient execution of shutdown schedules

Essential Requirements

All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, undertake ongoing drug and alcohol screening, and meet the following requirements:

• Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Licence (RI/RA)
• Clean National Police Clearance Essential (NPC)
• Minimum 2 years' rigging experience within mining, construction or industrial environments
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Current VOCs (within 2 years)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in shutdown and maintenance environments

Highly Regarded

• HR, HC or MC Driver's Licence
• Current site inductions
• First Aid certification
