About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Trades Assistant/Rigger to join our tight-knit crew. If you're someone who takes pride in doing the job right, can work safely with a team, and wants to be part of quality projects, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be supporting our tradespeople and handling rigging operations. No two days are the same – you might be working on tank fabrication, moving heavy loads through tight spaces, or helping get projects across the line on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Rigging operations – inspecting, setting up, and safely moving loads
• Supporting trades teams (boilermakers, welders, scaffolders) to keep projects running smoothly
• Equipment prep, maintenance, and housekeeping
• Working at heights, in confined spaces, and on different types of sites
• Being an extra set of hands wherever the team needs you

What You'll Need

Must-haves:

• White Card (General WHS Induction)
• Basic Rigging license (HRW – RB)
• Work at Heights ticket (RIIWHS204E)
• Confined Space ticket (RIIWHS202E)
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
• Team player attitude and strong safety mindset

Bonus points for:

• Intermediate or Advanced Rigging license
