We’re hiring Overhead Crane Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)! 

In this role, you'll safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials throughout the facility while supporting production, shipping, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. 

This is a Full-Time position in Hockley, Tx. 1st Shift is 6AM to 3:30PM ($17-21/hr) and 2nd Shift is going to be from 4:30PM to 3:30AM ($18-23/hr) 

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials and products
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse, production, and shipping areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production equipment using overhead cranes
• Perform routine crane inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Accurately stage, organize, and store materials in designated locations
• Assist with inventory movement, material preparation, and production support
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous overhead crane operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or steel fabrication environment preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
