Minooka - Crane Operator

POSITION PURPOSE:

1. Directs all trucks regarding receiving and shipping of FP, LP inventory to the proper area and door for unloading.
2. Ensures that all proper procedures are followed during the unloading and loading process.
3. Ensures that all paperwork is handed in to the Traffic/Inventory Control for reception in the AS/400
4. Responsible for resolving any issues that may arise in the receiving or shipping process and communicating these issues and their resolutions to the Operations Supervisor.
5. Responsible for the accurate location of all inventory and reporting all changes to Traffic/Inventory Control.
6. Responsible for reporting damaged product to the Operations Supervisor for immediate resolution.
7. Assist with Production lines; moving inventory, scrap, packaging material.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Mobility: Standing (Stationary) - 10%, Stand/Walk - 25%, Walking - 20%, Sitting (operating forklift/side loader) - 45%.
2. Strength and Agility: Lifting - maximum 50 lbs.

RELATIONSHIPS:

1. Reports directly to and is accountable to the Operations Supervisor.
2. Works with all Operations and Office Personnel on a day-to-day basis.
