Crane Rigger

Prime Recruitment is supporting our client to source experienced Crane Riggers for a variety of shutdown opportunities across Western Australia, primarily within the Pilbara region.
Shutdown dates will vary depending on client and project requirements, with a combination of day and night shift opportunities available. Shutdowns will also vary in duration.

The Role
We are seeking experienced Crane Riggers with a minimum of 2 years' demonstrated crane rigging experience. These are hands-on roles supporting crane and lifting operations, with a strong focus on safe lifting practices and site requirements.

About You
Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum 2 years' demonstrated crane rigging experience
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• High Risk Work Licence with RI or RA classification as a minimum
• Current Rigging Verification of Competency (VOC)
• Working at Heights qualification issued within the last 2 years
• White Card
• Australian working rights

Highly Desirable

• HRWL RA Advanced Rigger
• Current Tier 1 site inductions
• Current FMG and Rio Tinto site inductions
• Previous major crane and lifting shutdown experience
• Current site medical and drug and alcohol screening

Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to complete:

• Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Pre-Employment Medical
• Rigging VOC

Candidates who can provide evidence of a current medical and recent drug and alcohol screening may be prioritised for suitable shutdown opportunities.
