Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Morningside, QLD
$38.06hr / $47.02hr + Penalties (after 7.6hr) + Super
Long Term Opportunity 
 
Our Brisbane based client is a leading civil construction company known for delivering major infrastructure projects such as road upgrades and bridge development and repairs. As a result of ongoing demand, they are currently looking to bring on a long term (5+ years) yard hand and a crane operator.
 
Duties:

• [Yard Hand] Operate a forklift, telehandler and ride on mower to clean up and organise the yard 
• [Yard Hand] Managing the intake and dispatching of deliveries
• [Yard Hand] Working under the site manager to ensure a fluid operation  
• [Yard Hand] Using a computer for record keeping and documentation
• [Crane Op] Safely operate cranes from a Franna 25T to 100T slewing crane

  What are the requirements?

• [Both] Construction White Card
• [Both] Manual drivers’ licence and reliable transport to and from work.
• [Both] Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test 
• [Both] Full working rights and full availability for required hours of work.
• [Yard Hand] Forklift licence (previous forklift experience ideal) 
• [Yard Hand] Telehandler licence (previous telehandler experience ideal) 
• [Yard Hand] Must be computer literate
• [Crane Op] Open Crane Ticket (C0 License)
• [Crane Op] 10 years of crane operating experience
