Crane Operator (Hydraulic Cranes) - Marine Construction 

Summary Description: Stewart Construction, LLC is seeking an NCCCO-certified Crane Operator to join our marine construction team in Harvey, Louisiana. The basic function of the Crane Operator is to operate a Manitowoc 888 lattice-boom crawler crane at an industrial yard with a barge mooring fleet. This is a regular, full-time position.

Worksite Location: An industrial yard in Belle Chasse, Louisiana.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to pass a drug-screen.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a fit-for-duty examination.
• NCCCO-Certification with a Lattice Boom Crawler (LBC) or Lattice Boom Crane (LAT) designation. 
• 1+ years of experience operating hydraulic cranes. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Eligible to enroll in the DISA program.
• 1+ years of experience operating a Manitowoc 888 lattice-boom crawler crane.
• 1+ years of experience working on or by the water (preferably the lower Mississippi River).
• 1+ years of experience operating a telehandler forklift.
