Crane Operator

Job Description  Performance Contracting Inc. (PCI) is seeking a certified Crane Operator to safely transport loads to construction sites with the use of lifting equipment, including cranes and hoists. Additional job duties may include:  Operate cranes and hoists within the safety charts of the crane  Transfer loads to construction sites and discharge safely  Utilize safe practices for rigging loads to cranes  Perform daily inspections of equipment and machinery  Keep and update maintenance and activity log  Carry out basic repairs to machines and troubleshoot issues with service mechanic technician  Set up machinery based on complex manuals  Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals  Follow safety guidelines and protocols, utilizing applicable crane load charts  This position is safety-sensitive.  Requirements  Previous experience operating different types of cranes Ability to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and stand for long hours  Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail  Possess critical problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification is preferred
