Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Boilermakers

• Trade Certificate / Certificate of Proficiency
• Ability to pass welding qualifications
• Drawing interpretation & project scope understanding
• Strong communication & work ethic
• WHS Construction card
• Working at Heights
• Driver’s licence & transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical (incl. D&A)
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Riggers / Crane Operators

• Relevant high risk & rigging qualifications
• Strong safety mindset
• Experience working across construction, mining, or infrastructure sites
• Ability to travel to project sites across NSW
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• WHS Construction card
• Working at Heights
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed

Bonus Points For:

• Rail Industry Worker Training
• Multi skilled tickets and additional high risk certifications
• Mining-specific inductions
• Order 43 Medical clearance
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects
